  1. Q:Why should I buy from TailorMed?
    A:We could provide you many reasons why you should select TailorMed, like the freedom to design your own garment, high quality fabrics, and workmanship; however, Choice is the reason we created TailorMed, and that is what we provide our customers. TailorMed was created to bridge the gap between what you want and what is currently offered in the market.
  2. Q:Can I suggest some designs or ideas?
    A:TailorMed is about you, the customer, so we always appreciate any new ideas, designs, or feedback you might have. We are continually adding new styles, fabrics, colors, and options, so definitely let us know if there is something that you would like to see us provide. We will strive to meet any and all of the needs of our customers.
  3. Q:How long will it take to receive my garment?
    A:Thanks to our streamlined production process, garments are typically made, shipped and arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase.
  4. Q:Do you offer gift certificates?
    A:Yes. Give us a call or send us an email and we will send you a gift card in any amount greater than $25. Remember gift cards are great for recent graduates, students or anyone looking to create their own unique look.
  5. Q:What is the quality of the fabrics?
    A:Our goal is to offer you a variety of high quality fabrics – that meet or exceed what you might find in the market today. Have a suggestion for a fabric you would like to see? Let us know!
  6. Q:How much will garments shrink?
    A:All our garments are pre-washed to minimize any shrinkage. By following the washing labels on each garment you will increase its longevity and maintain its comfort and softness.
  7. Q:Can I return or exchange my garment?
    A:Due to the custom nature of the product, TailorMed does not accept returns or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with our product due to manufacturing defects please contact TailorMed in order to discuss possible remedies.
